Can be a bit tricky to set up and cancel once the alarm has gone off. However Jason obtained more detailed instructions/procedures for setting up and cancelling the alarm which solved that issue.

After picking up on the 3rd time the alarm would not turn off even after entering the pin. I had to remove it and wrap it up so I could not hear it and wait till the battery went flat. I returned it for a full refund
