Robot Lawn Mower Warranty
All products sold by Robot Lawn Mowers Australia are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty that accompanies the product.

Making a Claim
In order to make a warranty claim you must contact Robot Lawn Mowers Australia within 7 days of any alleged defect or failure of the product first becoming apparent and in doing so provide to Robot Lawn Mowers Australia the original invoice or order number, along with details of the alleged defect or failure.
What Robot Lawn Mowers Australia will do
In the event that a claim is made under warranty and it is established that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, Robot Lawn Mowers Australia will:
- Liaise with manufacturer to register the manufactures warranty claim.
- Repair the product or provide replacement product, or supply an equivalent product (in a manner the product manufacturer considers reasonable). In these circumstances the product manufacturer will have full discretion to choose which of the above actions are undertaken to remedy the defect. However, Robot Lawn Mowers Australia will not be responsible under this warranty for nor pay the costs of removing the existing product, or reinstalling the new product, or any associated costs or damages.
General Limitations of the Warranty
Subject to your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Laws, our manufacturer warranty’s do not extend to defects in which the products are directly or indirectly in the opinion of Robot Lawn Mowers Australia due to or result from:
- Unreasonable use: the product not being used correctly in accordance with the operating instructions or other unreasonable use;
- Instructions: failure to observe any instructions or directions (including any installation instructions, “hazards and risks” notifications, safety instructions and specified applications for the product in the operating instructions);
- Unauthorized acts: modifications or repairs made or attempted to be made by you or any unauthorized person, including use of unauthorized parts or attachments;
- Service/maintenance/storage: lack of proper maintenance, service, storage or care of the product, including failing to follow procedures specified in the instructions for use or care;
- Outside control: events or acts beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer, including accidents;
- Wear and tear: ordinary wear and tear; or
- Other specified causes: any other causes specified in the instructions for use or care as being excluded from this Warranty.
Please note that each manufacturer has different limitations of warranty condition that must be read in conjunction of the above general conditions.
