Husqvarna Automower® Aspire™ R4 is equipped with a frost guard and weather timer that adjusts mowing depending on the weather, providing reliable operation and optimal results. With the Automower® Connect app, you get full control of the mower and can manage and monitor it on your mobile phone. The mower can also be integrated with your smart home so you can use voice control with Alexa or Google Home, or take advantage of IFTTT routines. Storage is facilitated by the compact design and the included Aspire™ hooks.

Compact Storage

Weather timer
Adjusts the working time to the lawn’s growth rate, meaning that Husqvarna Automower® will maximise its mowing time during periods of strong grass growth. In sunny or dry weather, or late in the season, the mower will spend less time mowing, which decreases wear on the lawn and mower.
Systematic Passage Mowing
To deliver excellent cutting results everywhere, the robotic mower can be set to automatically switch mowing patterns from random mode to systematic mode in narrow passages.
Smart Connections with IFTTT
Use Smart Connections in the Automower® Connect app or create your own flexible routines with IFTTT to integrate Automower® even more into your smart home. Easy cleaning
You can wash the exterior and underneath the robotic mower with a garden hose. By using the attached maintenance tool, the cover can easily be removed, for easy cleaning and reachability everywhere.
Low Carbon Emissions
By choosing this product, you can feel confident that it produces lower carbon emissions during active use compared to a traditional petrol product. This battery-driven product does not emit any CO₂ during use while still providing the power and quality that you expect from a Husqvarna product. I purchased a Husqvarna Aspire R4 last week from Robot Lawnmowers at Underwood, together with the purpose made house / garage for this unit. Having done some research, I decided that this was a reputable brand, and the kit came complete with all of the hardware to facilitate installation. I took my time laying the boundary and guide wires. I initially intended to place them just below ground level, however found that with tensioning the wires and using the supplied pegs (placed 35 – 70 cm apart – especially along areas with frequent pedestrian traffic) the wires are not easily visable. The manual says that they will mesh with the grass and be hard to locate after 1 month’s growth – I’m sure that this will happen.
I found the Aspire R4 manual located on the Husqvarna website contained much more useful information than the booklet (quick guide) supplied with the product. Downloading the app onto my phone, establishing both bluetooth and wifi connections, as well as setting the mower schedule was quite straightforward.
I’ve initially set the schedule for 4 hours daily, and find that the unit usually mows for roughly 70 minutes before heading back to its charge base and charging for around 50 minutes before resuming mowing. Should the mower be charging when the scheduled finish time is reached, it simply stays in the station until the next session.
So far I am very impressed with the quality of the product (made in England) and look forward to years of trouble free service. It’s good to know that the staff at Underwood where I made the purchase are always available via phone to answer and further questions I may have.
