Overview

PaintMaster™ Mini is a compact robotic line marker built for structured outdoor sports surfaces where accuracy and repeatability are required, without the scale or duty cycle of larger marking systems. The unit operates autonomously using RTK GNSS positioning, allowing predefined layouts to be marked consistently across repeat sessions.

The system is designed to streamline routine marking workflows by reducing manual setup and enabling precise execution of marking paths through a controlled, app-based interface.

Positioning & navigation system

PaintMaster Mini uses industrial-grade RTK GNSS positioning to achieve centimetre-level accuracy. It supports multiple correction sources, including:

• Local RTK base stations
• NTRIP correction services via the FJD N10 CORS System

This flexible correction support allows the system to be deployed across different site conditions while maintaining consistent positioning accuracy.

Mapping & control workflow

Field layouts are created and managed digitally, allowing marking tasks to be repeated without re-measuring or manual layout. Mapping and operation are handled through FJD’s mobile application, enabling remote monitoring and control during marking sessions.

Where used, a handheld point marker allows layout definition without driving the robot during mapping.

Power system

PaintMaster Mini uses a swappable battery system to support uninterrupted workflows. Batteries can be exchanged quickly between sessions, reducing downtime during marking operations. The system is designed for straightforward charging and routine daily use.

Safety & protection

The robot incorporates vision-based object detection and bumper protection to support safe operation during marking tasks. An independent GPS-based anti-theft module is supported, providing tracking capability when enabled.
