The FJD PONY 1000 battery (BP1000-14) delivers high-capacity power for FJDynamics’ professional PONY modular battery system. It supports commercial mowing and line-marking work where long runtime and predictable operation matter from the start of the day to the end.

FJD supplies the PONY 1000 as the standard battery with selected robotic mowers and also offers it as an expanded-capacity option for compatible platforms. As a result, operators gain longer runtime per charge without changing the battery platform or workflow.

Compatibility

This battery belongs to the FJD PONY modular battery system and works with the following machines:

• FJD FRX Robotic Mower (standard supplied battery)
• FJD PaintMaster Pro (RLM01) (expanded battery option replacing the standard PONY 500)

However, this battery does not fit the FJD FR4000, PaintMaster Mini (RLM02), or RM21 Robotic Mower. These machines use different battery designs.

Battery Operation & Workflow

The machine uses one battery at a time. Therefore, continuous daily operation relies on battery rotation. Operators install a charged battery while another battery charges off the machine.

Charging time depends on the charger and work conditions. In addition, a higher-capacity battery provides longer runtime per charge but also takes longer to recharge when using the same charger. For this reason, spare batteries play an important role in professional workflows.

The system supports manual battery replacement only. It does not support hot swapping or fast DC charging.
